A B.C. man convicted of an anti-semitic [i.e., anti-Zionist] hate crime has been kicked off the internet, but Arthur Topham won’t serve any jail time.Following a trial in Quesnel in 2015, a jury convicted Topham of one count of communicating online statements that wilfully promoted hatred against Jewish people. [On a second, virtually similar account, Topham was found not guilty. The jury that convicted Topham on the first count did not understand the meaning of ‘parody’!]

He could have faced up to two years in jail.

But at his sentencing Monday, B.C. Supreme Court Judge Bruce Butler rejected the Crown’s request for four months of house arrest for what Crown lawyer Jennifer Johnston called “an indirect call for violence against Jewish people.”

Judge rejects house arrest

Instead, Butler sentenced Topham to a six-month conditional sentence with a ban on posting publicly online and a curfew.

Topham appeared unrepentant, telling the court before sentencing that it was ‘his duty … to alert the … public to the imminent threat …. [of] the Jewish lobby.”

Topham, a 70 year old grandfather and retired teacher, published online from his rural home in Cottonwood, B.C., about 700 kilometres north of Vancouver.

The site featured frequent posts that touted Jewish conspiracies and demonized Jewish people. [Apparently, only Jewish bloggers are allowed to express opinions about Jews. See Henry Makow website.]

One piece that Topham called ‘satire’ advocated the forced sterilization of all Jews. [Actually, Topham satirized the book, Germany Must Perish, available on Amazon, in which the Jewish author, Theodore Newman Kaufman, advocated forced sterilization of all Germans! So, real anti-German hate is OK in Canada!]

“He does not call for violence; his views were political satire,” Butler told the sentencing hearing. “It is not his intent to indirectly incite violence.”

Butler ruled that Topham deliberately used the internet to disseminate anti-Semitic information but said the man was not calling for violence.

Controversial website shut down

The crown noted Topham had already agreed to shut down his website, a site which remained active for the year after his conviction but was gone before sentencing. Topham also offered to end his online presence.

Defence lawyer Barclay Johnson had called on the judge to give Topham a discharge.

“My view is that jurors were not convinced,” said the defence lawyer, noting Topham was convicted of only one of two hate crime charges.

Johnson described his client as a good teacher, a father and grandfather and a journalist with “controversial views” and a large following.

“RadicalPress does not advocate violence,” said Johnson. “It does not say Jews should be hurt. My client is being prosecuted for material that can be found on Amazon.” [True, but just recently Amazon has censored 100s of books it does not agree with.]

Topham’s defence backed by ‘white nationalists’

This case was the first hate crime trial prosecuted in B.C. in almost a decade.

Topham’s defence fund was backed by Paul Fromm, a self proclaimed ‘white nationalist’ and free speech advocate who travelled from Ontario to attend the trial.

Topham’s lawyer argued his client has never been a member of a white supremacy group.

Topham’s case also attracted support from the Ontario Civil Liberties Association, which denounced Canada’s hate crime law for criminalizing “belief, opinion and expression of one’s beliefs and opinions … incompatible with the universal principle of free debate in a democracy.”

Topham thanked the court for “bringing my concerns to the record.”

“I felt that I had a duty as a Canadian citizen to alert the general public of an imminent threat … the interests of the Jewish lobby,” said Topham in court Monday.

Topham’s constitutional challenge of Canada’s hate crime laws was dismissed in February.

The Trial of Arthur Topham continues on Remembrance Day

November 11, 2015

Dear Readers,

Yesterday, Tuesday November 10, 2015 was a day marked by many long delays which prevented Justice Butler from charging the jury until 4:00 pm.

Once the jury was given their instructions they retired to deliberate and remained sequestered (and will remain sequestered) until such time as they come to a decision.

They stopped last night at 9:00 pm and will resume deliberating this morning again.

It is expected (by me) that they will come to a decision today. Here in Canada November 11 (aka 11-11) is a national holiday called Remembrance Day in honour of all those Canadians who died in all the wars and conflicts throughout the 20th century.

Today, therefore, would be a fitting occasion for the jury to pronounce a verdict of NOT GUILTY in my case. It would signal a new beginning where all Canadians will have the right and freedom to express their opinions and beliefs without fear of government censorship. It was for this basic freedom that so many believed in that they gave their lives to protect it.

God grant that those 12 women and men will see the wisdom of doing what is right to protect and carry on this sacred, democratic right.

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:

He leadeth me beside the still the waters.

He restoreth my Soul:he leadeth me

in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;

thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:

Thou anointest my head with oil;my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

~ Psalm 23

Freedom of Speech: The Case Against ‘Hate Crimes’ Laws

February 21, 2013
Dear Free Speech Supporter,
To succinctly summarize the importance and meaning of freedom of speech is no small task. I have laboured on this short essay for many an hour trying to distil the essence down to where it might become 100% proof and with the light of a match burst into a flame of truth bright enough to expose the underlying deception that now exists in Canadian law with respect to this subject.
Please take the time to read it and ponder its implications and should the import of its plea hold meaning for you pass it along to others who you may feel could also benefit from reading it.
It was obviously written in my own defence but I’m hopeful that upon understanding all the implications of these unjust laws that you will be able to see the danger to all Canadians who value this crucial right.

“Digging to the root of the issues since 1998”
Freedom of Speech
by Arthur Topham
“There’s no such thing as ‘Hate Speech.’
You either have FREE speech or you don’t – it’s that simple.”
Were I able to stand as Norman Rockwell’s iconic American citizen once stood, expressing one of the four basic inherent freedoms of democracy, I would have the following to say about the subject of freedom of speech.

Foremost is the realization of the duel nature of subject. There are two components to freedom of speech that form the basis for all the myriad variations on the theme of communication; one is the freedom to lie and deceive (both oneself and others) and the second (the most critical) is the freedom to speak the truth. When the freedom to lie and deceive gains the upper hand and establishes itself as the only freedom allowed within a society it signals the eventual demise of the remainder of that society’s freedoms as well and the beginning of a process of mass self-deception, denial and decay eventually leading to enslavement to false ideals which, ultimately, must result in the final death and destruction of the affected society or nation.

The issue of whether or not people ought to have unlimited freedom to express whatever thoughts and opinions they may hold is, at this important juncture in humanity’s evolvement toward universal freedom and peaceful co-existence, of the utmost and fundamental importance and will determine whether or not we survive both as a species and as free and independent individuals.
While this may sound at first like a rather preposterous and pretentious pronouncement to make nonetheless it bears urgent consideration given the relative and recent turn of events over the past century; ones which have accelerated all the major components of a nation’s (and a planet’s) essential nature –  political, economic, social, cultural and environmental – to such a degree of intensity that the world is now facing a global dilemma of such scale that at no other time in our collective past have we had to face the harsh, impending realities that presently lay before us.
The litany of lies and deception and the magnitude of malfeasance on the part of our governments, our judiciaries, our religious institutions, coupled with the calculated, criminal complicity of the corporations and media, has reached a zenith of decadence and delusion and unless, as a collectively conscious and united whole, we the people of planet Earth begin to openly analyze and question the root causes of our combined quandary we will soon lose the one key able to unlock the mystery of the dismal human predicament we now find ourselves in.
That key is the individual’s ability to express their thoughts and ideas freely and without fear on any conceivable subject. It is not hyperbolical to state that this freedom is akin to one’s right to breath the common air that surrounds the planet or drink the liquid element we call water without which our bodies quickly cease to function. It’s synonymous with our right to eat healthy, vital, life-giving food that nourishes and sustains our physical self rather than being forced to consume adulterated, genetically modified food substitutes that are proven causes of disease and deformity in all living entities. It is parallel with one’s right and freedom to light a fire on a cold winter’s night to keep themselves warm or to seek shade when the sun’s beneficent rays become too hot to handle. Freedom of speech is therefore quintessential to our emotional, mental and spiritual health and well-being and cannot be allowed to be infringed upon by any organized body, be they legislators or lobbyists, for whatever reasons they might conjure up in their defence.
There are those who would scoff at pronouncements such as these and counter with endless argumentation, pleading that restrictions upon a person’s right to freedom of expression are necessary for the greater good of the public at large, all the while rolling out their reasons why this and that particular aspect of speech is dangerous or harmful to certain segments of society and therefore ought to be seen as a necessary compromise in order to protect whatever minority group that might be affected by the opinions or thoughts of others which they deem inimical to the interests of the aforesaid group. That is all part of the process of freedom of speech and ought to remain sacrosanct even though it is a plea for restrictions. This same sort of argument against limiting freedom of speech also uses such ruses as “a person cannot be allowed to yell ‘fire’ inside a crowded theatre or room” in a vain effort to lend credence to their seemingly innocuous arguments for restricting speech yet at the same time they refuse to acknowledge the beneficial results that often can result from a person who senses a grave danger in the body politic itself and yells “be aware!” via whatever medium of expression is available to them, be it a soap box, a song, a newspaper, a book or the Internet.
Where such proposed limitations cease to have meaning or validity and become a threat to every citizen’s fundamental right to freedom of speech is when they advocate the imposition of criminal charges such as are contained in sec. 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Code and in sec. 319(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada. It is here the metaphoric Rubicon of reason and common sense has been crossed and double-crossed and tyranny begins. It is here that all of our combined freedoms end and Orwell’s fiction becomes fact. Thus the necessity to rid Canadian jurisprudence of these dangerous, undemocratic “hate crime” laws that benefit only specified minority interests and penalize the fundamental freedoms of the vast majority.
Such is the pressing predicament that restrictions on freedom of speech pose; not only for the person who tries to warn others of impending threats to their (and other’s) well being but for those who, unbeknownst to themselves, are being led into lifestyles or linear patterns of thinking that ultimately are not beneficial to the planet or its inhabitants.
As the quote above this article clearly states, we either have freedom of speech or we don’t. There is no in-between stage; no dead zone of arbitrary discernment; no no-man’s-land of equivocation; no bardo plane of intermediary bluff that can be exploited and manipulated to the detriment of this fundamental right of all people everywhere and used to justify its limitations. All our freedoms rest upon this one. Never forget it.
NOTE: The struggle to retain our inherent right to freedom of speech doesn’t come without costs both financially and otherwise. Out of necessity, I am forced to ask for financial assistance in this ongoing battle with the foreign interest censors who are determined to stop all freedom of expression in Canada. Being a ‘Senior Citizen’ on a very limited pension and having now been denied assistance by Legal Aid services here in B.C. this leaves me in the unenviable position of having to rely solely upon donations from supporters to pay my legal expenses.
As such I would ask readers to give serious consideration to helping me out by either sending a donation via PayPal using either a PayPal account or a credit card or else sending a cheque or Money Order or cash to me via snail mail at the following postal address. Spingola’s recap of Obama’s phony history leads the list

By John Kaminski

After a quick perusal of some top ten news story lists courtesy of mainstream media, I didn’t see Iraq, Afghanistan or the oil spill anywhere, all I saw was drunk celebrities and Wikispinjobs.

So I figured I’d construct my own list — that I guarantee will be more relevant to your individual needs than any type of propaganda you could pick up from the boob tube, which is corporate spin all the way, and usually hazardous to your health. Those stories you can forget about in two seconds; the stories on this list just might stay with you forever, and actually be beneficial to your health, mental and otherwise.

So here goes: Kaminski’s choice of the ten best news stories of 2010, each one vital to your well being.

All American presidents are given tailored histories that fit the elite’s idea of what history should be, so in that sense, it’s no surprise that U.S. President Barack Obama owns an apparently sordid and definitely secret history which the powers that be don’t want you to know. Nevertheless, actually hearing about it delivers a shockwave to the mind when you realize how far the spin has deviated from the reality, and like the details of almost every government operation that goes on these days, Obama’s real story as delivered by his chief nemesis is a good barometer of how messed up America has become.

That’s why I determined Deanna Spingola’s “Barack Obama — former CIA Agent” was my pick of best story of 2010, because it best typifies how the whole of American public life is a manipulated fraud dictated by those with an unlimited power to keep things secret, and that’s why the best reporters are the ones who dig this stuff out, as Spingola, a rising star in the Internet radio ranks, did in her analysis of the words of Obama’s preeminent critic, the outspoken reverend from Harlem, James David Manning.

Back during the summer of 2010, I decided to link to Spingola’s website <> on the basis of three paragraphs in this story, three paragraphs that tell the story of American political reality much more clearly than reading the New York Times for a decade could provide. This is that excerpt.

“Obama, as an undercover agent, was allegedly the lead agent in the arms and money supply for the CIA-trained Taliban Army against the Soviet Army war machine. His actions were integral to the Taliban’s success in their opposition to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Obama, it is publicly acknowledged, went to Pakistan in 1981. There is
no way of knowing how often Obama traveled between Pakistan and Russia. According to Dr. Manning, Obama was an interpreter for the CIA during the war in Afghanistan. When Obama completed his CIA operations in the mid 1980s and returned to the U.S. he persuaded the State Department to maneuver his entrance into Harvard Law School; since the CIA, the U.S. president’s personal agency for black operations throughout the world, also has connections to federal and state politicians, they managed to arrange Obama’s entrance to yet another elite school in 1988.

“Percy Ellis Sutton, a civil-rights activist and lawyer, was the Manhattan Borough President from 1966 to 1977. He was an intelligence officer with the Tuskegee Airmen, the name of a group of African American pilots who were part of the 332nd Fighter Group of the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II. Sutton entered Harlem politics
and became a leader of the Harlem Clubhouse, known as the “Gang of Four” which has controlled Democratic politics in Harlem for at least fifty years. His Clubhouse allies were New York City Mayor David Dinkins, U.S. Representative Charles Rangel, and New York Secretary of State Basil Paterson, father of the currently beleaguered David
Paterson who replaced Spitzer as New York Governor in 2008. Percy Sutton wrote a letter to Harvard officials requesting that they admit Obama as a student after a hiatus of five years (from 1983 when he allegedly left Columbia to 1988).

“Despite a five-year absence from the rigors of college activity he was accepted at Harvard where he excelled and on February 5, 1990, was elected president of the venerable celebrated Harvard Law Review, the highest student position at Harvard Law School, a term that lasts for one year.   [3] After graduation he could have worked in any leading
law firm except that he lacked the proper citizenship qualifications which would have come to light during the interview and normal background checks pursued by major law firms. Moreover, his academic deficiencies at Occidental College would have disqualified him from the top law firms. Furthermore, he was a CIA operative in the Middle
East during the time that he was supposed to be attending Columbia University. So despite his Harvard achievements, Obama became a Saul Alinsky-style community organizer in South Chicago which alleviated the necessity of providing a legitimate background check.[4]”

Woven into an overall picture of who Obama really is and how he got there are the essential facts that prove conclusively this democratic president was assisted at every turn by powerful forces that eased his trip to the White House as thanks for all the favors he did along the way for those who control America’s ugly reality. Read the whole story
and learn a lot more at

In my mind, the best stories of the year are a combination of information we never get from traditional sources that usually overturns the general consensus about public events.

Like the top story, the runnerup on my list is another story about a public figure promoted as a hero by the deep cover spinmasters, but to those with the experience to uncloak spin jobs that recur time after time, the deeper level reveals a dark con job aimed at misleading the public.

So No. 2 on my list is a searing analysis of media icon Noam Chomsky by the indefatigable researcher Dick Eastman, who is one of the most prolific yet underexposed investigators on the Internet, always tearing away at the veils that keep the public from understanding what’s really going on. His title is rather long, “Chomsky is a
Zionist Jew who has sabotaged American higher education and misleads us on 9-11 and Rothschild power and malevolence,” as it appeared in the sharp-edged Australian news package Rebel News <

Coming in at No. 3 is a very long piece about a subject Americans should know but don’t — the real story of their beloved Constitution. Knowledge magician Michael Tsarion reveals in “The Constitution Con” that America really didn’t win its Revolutionary War, because the Jewish money ties kept freedom from becoming a reality, the same way
they do today. This is the in depth analysis of what really happened in 1776 that you’ve been waiting for, proof positive that we’ve been scammed all these years.>

4. Stephen Lendman’s great line about the Palestinians, “ . . . slow motion genocide” is described in depth here:

5.  There were so many great oil spill stories that I’m fitting five of them into one slot.

Matt Simmons last interview,

Robbie Skye Campbell, Treachery in the Gulf

Michael Edward, The Gulf Blue Plague is Evolving,

B. K. Lim, The Oil BP Tried to Hide . . . <>

and Dr. Tom Termotto, The Gulf of Mexico is Dying>

all share this spot for their stories about the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, which of course are all in direct opposition to everything they said on TV.

6. Ex-Marine Kevin Keefe was part of the Gaza Flotilla that was attacked by Israeli goons, who killed many people in cold blood. His eloquent responses to Jewish media slurs upheld the finest standards of responsible manhood, and among his many inspiring posts demolishing Jewish hypocrisy, my favorite was “Collecting Rocks and Getting Shot
by the Israelis for Fun.”

7. Authenticity in the trenches is what shows through from people who have been there, and don’t want to be there again. Such an inspiring character trait has always been the hallmark of Joe Cortina, whose shocking reports about what really goes on in Gaza have galvanized the hope for justice for years. Weighing in at No. 7, is his “Israel – My
Experiences There In The Summer Of 1989,” seen at among many other places.

The No. 8 spot is filled by “Jews, Judaism and Jewishness,” the perceptive story about the attitude that is destroying the world, by the Aussie Andrew Winkler, ringmaster at the aforementioned Rebel News.

The last two spots I’ve reserved for two of my favorites.

The hottest writer on the Web in 2010, winning the award by the sheer acclamation of everyone I know, is Gordon Duff of Veterans Today. Any number of his searing pieces torpedoing Israel’s obvious sabotage of the United States could be included on this list, but he just keeps getting better so we’re picking his recent homage to Jesse Ventura’s
reporting on 9/11 for purposes of filling the the No. 9 spot on this list.

As good as Duff’s heated invective has been in catapulting Veterans Today into the Internet forefront of the fight for freedom against the Jewish tyrants who have hijacked America, one personnel decision he made has been even better, and that was the addition of J. B. Campbell to that website’s stable of commentators.

Speaking with a level of authenticity unmatched on the Worldwide Web, Campbell’s penetrating portraits of what has gone wrong in American society render all the explanations of all those talking heads as just so much lying jibberish when compared to this normal person who knows the real American history, knows what the problems are, and knows what to do about it. Our choice at No. 10 on this list, titled Anti-Americanism, will grab you by the shirt and make you realize what blind dopes we have all been to believe the lies we’ve been told.

So that’s it, a top ten to remember, and not a celebrity in sight. I honor the efforts of people trying to make a difference in a world where spin is dragging us down a sewer from which we will never emerge, unless . . . the ideas of the people on this list can somehow overcome the the raging, out-of-control beast known as our mainstream
money and media moguls who control the pathetic punk puppets posing as our politicians.

John Kaminski is a writer who lives on the Gulf Coast of Florida preaching the message that no problem in the world can be authentically addressed without first analyzing tangents caused by Jewish perfidy, which has subverted and diminished every aspect of human endeavor throughout history. Support for his work is wholly derived from people who can understand what he’s saying and know what it means. 250 N. McCall Rd. #2, Englewood FL 34223 USA
