Usury, greed, and guile

The Conquest of Poverty author had this to say about Canada’s role in monetary reform:

“[T]here is little likelihood of God responding to the prayers of a people whose accepted rulers repudiate the economic implications of Divine statute by resting the political economy of the nation upon a foundation of usury, greed and guile.” Canadian advisor G.G. McGeer, Sept, 1933
